• We only replace items if they are incorrect, defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your product for the same or correct item, send us an email at [email protected] with your full name, order number, and what you want to change it to prior to exchange (if applicable) WITHIN 7 days of receiving your order.

We are more than happy to accommodate returns and exchanges on hair extensions that have not been opened, worn or tampered with. If any product is tampered with, we will return the package back to you.

Only way a return is happening IF HAIR LOOKS COMPLETELY UNTOUCHED. ANY SIGN OF USE OR WEAR, I CANNOT AND WILL NOT ISSUE YOU A RETURN
